It allows you to convert HD HDMI audio and video signals into CVBS signals (standard resolution 480I.576I) that TVs, DVD recorders, etc. can receive, and support two different formats of NTSC/PAL, and output digital audio signal via optical fiber and coaxial interfaces, enabling simultaneous decoding and transmission of sound and video images, realizing transmission without delay.
